GLASS STACKER VM 310
Glass Stacker
We study, design and manufacture stable and reliable machinery to ensure maximum yield at all stages of the palletizing process, offering the most suitable solution according to production speeds and the characteristics of the containers to be handled.
CHARACTERISTICS
Strengths
Ergonomic Design
The ergonomic “T” design of the VM 310 stacker allows an easy layout integration with consequent better accessibility for operators in every intervention / adjustment phase.
Designed for high performances
This type of structure allows the achievement of high speeds (up to 12 cycles per minute).
Head Fixing System
The head fixing system is designed to allow a quicker change between the various applicable types.
Anti-crushing system
The bottle anti-crushing system is designed to allow a more sensitive detection compared to the traditional systems.
Cartesian Structure
The Cartesian structure guarantees the absence of restrictions regarding the maximum height of the bottles to be handled.
Configurations
Its configuration allows the installation of fall arrest systems directly on the supporting column in order to make the machinery safer than the traditional one.
Possible hybrid configuration (bulk / cartons-bundles).

Speed
Stacker VM 310
The stacker VM 310 is designed to answer to the requirements of the production line both for high speeds and law speeds.
1-2 lanes for low speeds
4 lanes for medium speeds
6-8 lanes for high speeds
Cartons and bundles handling
In case of bulk / carton palletization, the carton / bundle side can be applied as an accessory to the bulk side.
MANUFACTURING TYPES
Glass Stacker
The configuration of the VM 310 stacker varies according to the characteristics of the container to be handled, the number of lanes required and according to the production speeds.
With pushing guides for stable cylindrical products;
With gripping head (tubes-grippers for bottles / grippers for jars) with step-by-step release operation for generally unstable products;
With take – out head for highly unstable products;
If required, system with bottom edge applied to the pushing guides for step / step / push mode.
