Shuttle Car

The Shuttle Car completes the range of solutions for the automation and efficiency of Cold-End systems.

Designed for the handling of full and empty pallets and packaging materials.

Depending on the number of lines to be served, the shuttle car can contain from 1 to 6 loading stations (1-2-4-6 pallet places).

Multi-station in line or side by side;
With or without approaching device (movable pallet transfer for lateral safety passage). Particularity: the top press moves with the tandem in order to make safer the transfer of the pallets not yet packaged;
With or without top press;
With rails or without rails;
With roller conveyor belts for packed pallets;
With chain conveyor belts for unwrapped pallets;
With built-in obstacle recognition systems (PLS).
