ROLLER AND CHAIN CONVEYORS FOR PALLETS
Designed and manufactured for the type of handled pallet, Vetromeccanica roller and chain conveyor guarantee the safe and smooth handling of both full and empty pallets.
Roller conveyors
- Structure: galvanized steel;
- Rollers: Ø89mm in galvanized steel;
- Roller pitch: 100/150 / 200mm, according to the product to be managed;
- Engines: Bonfiglioli, Sew, based on the customer’s request;
- Tangential chain transmission.
Chain conveyors
- Structure: in galvanized steel;
- Chain: 1” single flat link. Number of chains based on the type of pallet to be managed;
- Position and number of lines: based on the product to be managed;
- Engine: Bonfiglioli, Sew according to the customer’s request.
EMPTY PALLETS MAGAZINE
Empty pallet dispensers can be installed on standard pallet conveyors. The system operates through manually adjustable brackets according to the type of pallet.
The frame is in painted carbon steel with sliding guides for the brackets that hold the trolley. The lifting operations (max. 600 kg) are carried out by means of a gear motor.
Pneumatically controlled opening and closing operations of the brackets.
