Palletizers
We design and manufacture palletizers to ensure maximum flexibility and reliability of the machine during the packaging process.
According to the characteristics of the containers to be handled, the production speeds and the peculiarities of the layout, we offer the most suitable palletizer for the production need and the area of use.
Rotating arm palletizer
Maximum flexibility in layout composition. (for space reasons or machine division).
Configuration:
- Grip Tubes / Clamps stable / unstable containers;
- Vacuum gripping / with pliers for pots.
Maximum achievable speed: Up to 4 layers per minute
Cartesian palletizer
High performance machine in terms of speed and usable configuration type.
Configuration:
- Sweep off mode (universal) stable containers;
- Sweep off (universal) Hybrid bulk-carton configuration;
- Pick & place mode with inflating tubes – vacuum for stable / unstable containers.
Maximum achievable speed: Up to 4.5 layers per minute
Robot palletizer
Combination between the flexibility of the rotating column, and the speed / flexibility of configuration of the Palletizer.
Configuration:
- Sweep off mode (universal) stable containers and jars;
- Pick & place mode by inflating tubes / Pincers head – unstable containers;
- Pick & place mode by Vacuum plate head – unstable jars;
- Quick head change system.
Maximum achievable speed: Up to 4.5 layers per minute
Row palletizer
Compact layout, thanks to the absence of the Stacker and the layer formation table.
Configuration: With grippers / tubes or bells without stacker (robot or Cartesian).
Maximum achievable speed: Up to 5.5 cycles per minute
Semi-automatic palletizer
Configurable of Cartesian type or with rotating column, always predisposed for a possible future total automation.
Configuration:
- Push (universal) stable containers;
- Pick & place mode by inflating tubes / Pincers head – unstable containers;
- Pick & place mode by Vacuum plate head – unstable jars.

Maximum adaptability to the required SW architecture;
Choice of Allen-Bradley-Siemens-Omron-Schneider PLCs;
Choice of secondary drives: Allen-Bradley-Siemens-Omron-Schneider-Danfoss-Mitsubishi;
Choice of primary drives: SEW Movi-C servo drives;
Machine safety management by means of a specific independent safety PLC
HMI
HMI software developed entirely in Vetromeccanica;
Synoptic layout developed on the real 3D footg-print of the machine;
