We offer various vertical and horizontal strapping systems inside the palletizing island or outside of the palletizing island.

The strapping machine is positioned to meet the needs of practicality and available space. It can therefore serve multiple lines or single palletizers.

The phase of wrapping full pallets with polyethylene film is important to ensure the integrity and stability of the load and protect it against dust.

To complete the end-of-line accessories, we offer the top frame inserter system. This system allows the automated insertion of the plastic / wood frame to the last layer of the full pallet.

The system is complete with a frame loading warehouse that can be fed by forklifts / transpallets. In the case of more types of frames to be used, additional dedicated warehouses can be integrated, for managing different possible pallet configurations – simultaneously and automatically.

Suitable for the purpose of carrying out a transfer at 90 ° or 90 + 90 °, by reversing the direction of advancement of the pallet, the transfers are made up of a galvanized steel structure, with pneumatic / motorized lifting and transfer drives.
