According to the characteristics of the containers to be handled, the speed of the line and the specificities of the layout, we offer various OMEGA PASSAGES and overturning systems.
OMEGA SINGLE LINE
Available Configurations
These systems allow a simple multilevel bottle transport solution, in order to obtain an access area between the inspection lines. They are available in the following possible configurations:
Height adjustment
Manual height adjustment, centralized with handwheel, automatic with motorized drive.
Width adjustment
Manual, Centralized width adjustment with handwheel, automatic with motorized drive.
Slide profiles
High Performance sliding profiles with low coefficient of friction and self-lubricating.
Lubrication system
Centralized or automatic mechanical parts lubrication system
Height-width adjustment specific passage
Specific passage height and width based on the design request. (from man passage to forklift passage with full pallet).
Chains tensioning
Manual or automatic mechanical tensioning of chains.
Overturning, blowing, suction
With or without bottle overturning system and relative bottle blowing / suction system by means of an electric pump.
Stainless/Painted Steel
100% stainless steel or 100% painted steel construction.
