According to the characteristics of the containers to be handled, the speed of the line and the specificities of the layout, we offer different elevating / lowering systems for single line or mass flow containers.
SINGLE LINE ELEVATORS/LOWERATORS
These systems allow a simple solution of bottle transferring between production areas located on different floors. They are available in the following possible configurations:
Manual height adjustment, manual centralized with handwheel, automatic with motorized drive;
Centralized manual width adjustment by handwheel, automatic with motorized drive;
High Performance sliding profiles with low friction coefficient and self-lubricating;
Centralized or automatic mechanical parts lubrication system;
Specific infeed and outfeed height based on the design request;
Manual or automatic mechanical tensioning of chains;
With or without bottle overturning system and relative bottle blowing / suction system by means of an electric pump;
100% stainless steel or 100% painted steel construction possible.


ALPINE MASS FLOW ELEVATORS / LOWERATORS
These systems allow a simple solution of handling and accumulation of bottles between production areas located on different floors.
According to the design needs, the Vetromeccanica engineering office will size the sections number, inclination and width based on accumulation time and available space. Each Vetromeccanica Alpine is equipped with a sliding ladder on wheels for inspection and maintenance use.
The system is suitable for partial accumulation for handling containers that can present problems of instability during the accumulation phase.
SPIRAL ELEVATORS/LOWERATORS
These systems allow a simple solution for transporting bottles / cartons and bundles between production areas located on different floors.
According to the design needs, the Vetromeccanica engineering office will size the number of spirals required based on the available space.
