BELT SPACERS
The belt spacers allow the required dosage of the bottles in the various areas.
Complete with handwheel width adjustment and manual height adjustment, the belt spacers can have the following configurations:
- Version with single pair of belts, installed on a straight conveyor;
- Version with single pair of belts, installed on an interrupted conveyor belt;
- Version with double pair of independent belts, with dosing – accelerator operation.
MULTI-ARTICLE BELT SPACERS
Multi-item belt spacers allow the correct dosing between different bottles for bulk lines in multi-product operation.
Complete with handwheel width adjustment and manual height adjustment, the multi-article belt spacers are designed to dose articles with a diameter difference of 15mm.
BELT TRANSFERS
Allow the transfer of bottles from one conveyor to another and at the same time the expulsion of non-compliant / lying containers.
Complete with handwheel width adjustment and handwheel height adjustment.
ORIENTING DEVICES
Thanks to the mechanical devices, each type of orienting device is able to receive the upstream articles in any orientation and rotate them with the forward facing required by the downstream machines.
Types:
- Wheel for low speeds;
- Single pair of belts in compact version for medium speeds;
- Single pair of belts in long version for high speeds.
CAMERA ORIENTING DEVICE
Allows the rotation of any shape of articles. The system consists of an infeed spacer, video camera article recognition system (1 or more cameras) and orientation belts.
It can be required before palletizing systems or before inspection machines
