CHAIN CONVEYORS
Vetromeccanica TABLE-TOP or modular chain conveyor systems are designed for handling all types of containers, at high speeds and with the highest efficiency.
The modular design of the conveyors guarantees extreme flexibility in the layout creation phase, speed during the manufacturing and installation and the ability to easily integrate with existing lines.
CHARACTERISTICS
Stainless steel structure
The chain conveyors have a solid stainless-steel structure.
Chain /mat top type
The type of chain and / or mat-top is chosen according to the type of container to be managed (Availability of the best brands on the market).
Lateral guides
The lateral guides for unlabeled and labeled containers are made with contact profile in high density polyethylene and reinforcing layers in AISI 304 stainless steel to assure the label integrity during the process. The Guides can be adjusted manually or automatically.
The runway
The standard height of the containers runway is adjustable ± 50 mm.
Lubrication system
On request, Vetromeccanica offers both water-based and dry silicone-based lubrication systems.
Top and lateral covers
The standard top covers are in polycarbonate or stainless steel, while the side covers are in polycarbonate.
Active transfer passage
On request and according to the layout needs, Active-transfer passages are inserted to replace the 90 ° bends.
Aligners
Pressure less or full cone aligners.
LUBRICATION
Lubrication system
an effective lubrication system reduces friction between the chains and the conveyed product and reduces the chain wear.
the system is made with nozzles fed by a dosing device. The piping system can be made of rilsan pipe or stainless steel.
VETROMECCANICA offers two lubrication systems
Water based wet lubrication system
The water and the lubricant are mixed in the dosing station at a predetermined but adjustable concentration.
Silicon-based dry lubrication
The lubricant is sucked from its container and directly pumped into the system without adding water.
The wet and dry lubrication systems are managed by means of recipe charged on the HMI.
Tanks can be supplied to collect waste liquids resulting from water lubrication or washing operations.
