Support structure
According to the configuration of the installation, special support structures are provided: on the ground, on the wall, on the ceiling.
Bottle neck guides
The neck bottle guides made with low friction UHMW plastic profiles or with stainless steel profile to reduce friction of the plastic guide.
Bottle body guides
The guides on the bottle body are adjustable according to the bottle diameter and are made by means of extruded aluminum profiles and insert in low friction plastic material or with plastic insert with brush guides.
Policarbonate protections
On plants with high levels of hygiene it is possible to install closed polycarbonate protections with inspection doors.
AIR FILTRATION STAGES
Each segment of the air conveyor has a fan installed on top. The customer can choose the air filtration system according to the production requirements.
